Prospective show reuniting Lost's Michael Emerson and Terry O'Quinn now has J.J. Abrams

The proposed show reuniting Lost sparring partners Michael Emerson and Terry O’Quinn that we’ve been tracking for ages now just got the backing of J.J. Abrams, which suggests it may finally move from mere speculation to reality. Vulture reports that Abrams and his longtime collaborators Josh Appelbaum and Andre Nemec (Alias, Mission: Impossible 4) have begun actively pitching a dramedy under the working title Odd Jobs, which would have Emerson and O’Quinn playing “former black-ops agents” who presumably team up for some odd jobs, like dog-sitting, maybe. True, that idea sounds remarkably similar to Abrams’ other new show about former spies, Undercovers, but this one has way more sexual tension.
