For the second episode of Halloween Awareness Week, Joe and Nick have topped themselves. Public-access TV is known for crackpots, but here's a guy who believes he can cure disease and cheat death by spraying grape juice into his cheeks and spitting out huge chunks of mucus. At least he sets the mucus on fire afterward to, y'know, prove something about it.
