Quentin Tarantino's Pulp Fiction car has been found, nearly 20 years after some chickenshit fucked with another man's vehicle
Nearly two decades after it was stolen, a cherry red 1964 Chevelle Malibu belonging to Quentin Tarantino—and driven by John Travolta in Pulp Fiction—has been recovered near Oakland, ending years in which Tarantino was, ironically, the victim of someone stealing his style. A police investigation of two men found stripping another older Malibu led to the recovery, after running that vehicle’s identification number kicked back a match for another Malibu registered in the Bay Area. Eventually it was determined that the VIN had been cloned, and the Malibu that had been registered under that number was, in fact, the same car that had been stolen from in front of Tarantino’s house in 1994, not long after it made its iconic film debut.
