I'm on the way out the door, people, but I figured I'd bum you out with the news that Jimi Hendrix Experience drummer Mitch Mitchell died today at age 62 of natural causes (not "rocking too hard"). He was Hendrix's perfect complement in many ways, and the two would supposedly rock alone in the studio—just guitar and drums—frequently.
