Radiohead to release even more King Of Limbs stuff beginning next week

Unfazed—or perhaps spitefully motivated—by the somewhat lukewarm reception that greeted The King Of Limbs, Radiohead has continued to extend that album’s presence with a procession of remixes and live sessions that all but demand you give it a third or fourth chance. You can now add two previously unreleased songs to those efforts, “The Daily Mail” and “Staircase,” both recorded over the summer as part of the BBC series From The Basement, and which will see debut as a single on December 19, the same day that the band’s From The Basement session is released digitally via the group’s website. (You might also recall “Staircase” from Radiohead’s Saturday Night Live performance back in September, where Thom Yorke did some of that very Thom Yorke dancing that he’s always doing now.) And when Basement finally hits DVD and Blu-ray (on January 31 in the U.S.), it will also have yet more Limbs-era stuff that was cut from the original broadcast, including the below performance of Record Store Day release "Supercollider."
