Wielding the disclaimer "Until there's fire, just enjoy the smoke," chud.com has picked up on rumors that Evil Dead/Spider-Man writer/director Sam Raimi has been offered a shot at remaking the 1981 fantasy film—and legendary stop-motion animator Ray Harryhausen's swansong—Clash Of The Titans. No announcement from Raimi or Warner Bros., the studio allegedly dangling the bait, has been made.
