Rap label CEO sues State Dept., Canadian govt. with ACLU's help

The Detroit branch of the American Civil Liberties Union is helping the CEO of a rap label sue the State Department, Condoleeza Rice, and the Canadian government for allegedly engaging in "profiling" of black people and rappers, including lenghty interrogations and holdings at Canadian border crossings. SOHH.com's report makes the suit sound intriguing and, to say the least, ambitious:

The suit names 50 Cent, Olivia, DMX, Jay-Z, P. Diddy, Oprah Winfrey, Colin Powell, Toronto Mayor David Miller, Eminem , Condoleezza Rice and Spike Lee, among others, as witnesses.

Hey, what about these guys?
