Read This: Do Breaking Bad and The Walking Dead share the same universe?

Breaking Bad was arguably one of the most important television series of our time, the ultimate study of an anti-hero to end anti-heroes in Walter White, a mild-mannered man whose physical cancer catalyzed a spiritual disease. The Walking Dead is a show about zombies. What do they have in common? According to Donna Dickens at HitFix, they may share the same fictional universe.

Dickens’ argument is a classic exercise in crossover daydreaming, but one which the creators of both shows have encouraged since at least 2011, inserting shots of Heisenberg's trademark blue meth, nods to a certain drug dealer (whose name rhymes with “Essie Inkman”), and more into The Walking Dead—as well as at least one oblique reference to Dead in Breaking Bad. So please, feel free to indulge without shame in the mental image of a zombified Walt, Skyler, and Walt Jr. shuffling from Albuquerque to Atlanta, a family again at last. [via HitFix]
