Reptile Youth drops a new video, sings about a heroin-addicted fan

Copenhagen indie-pop duo Reptile Youth drops its second full length, Rivers That Run For A Sea That Is Gone, on March 11, and in anticipation, The A.V. Club is premiering the band’s new video. The clip is for “JJ,” and pays homage to the subject of the song, a longtime fan of the band who also happens to be a heroin addict. Directed by Danish photographer/director Weng Karlsen, the black and white clip goes perfectly with the track’s intricate guitar lines and shimmering synths.

Rivers That Run For A Sea That Is Gone is available for preorder now via iTunes.
