While posters for Eli Roth's first Hostel film provided what now seem like subtle indications of what happens in the torture-fest, a poster the MPAA has reportedly approved for Roth's sequel will just kind of make people barf, picturing what appears to be an indiscriminate spill of guts. CHUD.com has it—do not click on that link if you've got much of a gag reflex or are eating—and quotes a delighted Roth as saying, "If you didn't vomit during The Holiday, you'll definitely puke on your way home when you see this up on the wall at your local multiplex."
