Brad Renfro, who became a child star in 1994 when he appeared in The Client with Tommy Lee Jones and Susan Sarandon, was found dead Tuesday at his home in Los Angeles. The cause of death was not immediately determined, but Renfro struggled for years with drugs and alcohol and was reportedly drinking with friends the night before his death. Renfro's other notable films include Sleepers, Apt Pupil, and Larry Clark's underrated Bully. Renfro recently completed a film adaptation of Bret Easton Ellis' The Informers with Winona Ryder, Brandon Routh, and Billy Bob Thornton.
