We've long since given up guessing what qualifies a band to be inducted in the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame, so we're just presenting you with this year's list of nominees without comment, other than to point out that—as the Associated Press says—it "illustrates how far the Hall of Fame has stretched its definition of rock 'n' roll to incorporate a variety of musical styles," and to say that putting them all together would probably make for one of the worst DJ sets ever.
