According to Consequence Of Sound, Roger Waters recently announced his first solo album since Amused To Death, which came out nearly 25 years ago. Titled Is This The Life We Really Want?, the album was produced by Radiohead collaborator Nigel Godrich and Waters says it’s “part magic carpet ride, part political rant, part anguish.” The album doesn’t have a release date yet, but based on the brief, movie-style teaser that Waters released alongside this announcement, we can safely assume that it will be “soon.”
