Roseanne puts her nuts on your television
Hey, what’s Roseanne Barr been up to since the cancellation of her bizarre, Fellini-esque talk show over a decade ago? Oh, not much—just tending to her “40-acre macadamia and live stock farm” in Hawaii, which will form the basis of an upcoming Lifetime reality show. The 16-episode series will chronicle Barr’s newfound calling as a brassy lady of agriculture, sassily working the soil, making sardonic comments to seeds. In Barr’s words, “They’ve said ‘Roseanne’s nuts’ for years, and now I’m going to make that a reality. I’m all about nuts now—macadamia nuts!” It’s funny because “nuts” has different meanings.
