Dubbed “Rush’s Abbey Road,” Le Studio was built in 1974 by sound engineer Andre Perry and has helped produce seven Rush studio albums. It’s also hosted the likes of Cat Stevens, David Bowie, The Police, and The Bee Gees.
Today, seven years after the studio was last up for sale in 2008, the structure is dilapidated, making it a real steal for anyone with the spirit of radio running through their veins and a working man’s knowledge of carpentry at their disposal.
