Sarah Paulson will be in the Monica Lewinsky season of American Crime Story
There are lots of American Crime Stories rattling around in Ryan Murphy’s head right now—the FX mega-producer has already lined up the subjects for the next three seasons of his anthology series. We previously reported that viewers will get his breakdown of Hurricane Katrina and Gianni Versace murder in 2018, and now Murphy has confirmed that the Monica Lewinsky scandal will be the topic of the subsequent installment. That comes from Deadline, which also reports that Sarah Paulson has joined the cast. Paulson has been a Murphy all-star, appearing in the critically lauded People Vs. O.J. Simpson, and lining up gigs for Katrina, Versace, and now, Lewinsky. Paulson’s role hasn’t been announced, though Deadline notes she won’t be playing Hillary Clinton. Production on the fourth installment of American Crime Story will begin at the end of this year.
