Here’s what’s happening in the world of television for Wednesday, April 3. All times are Eastern.

Top pick

You’re The Worst (FXX, 10 p.m., series finale): The temptation to lean hard into the best/worst jokes and allusions here is strong, as you can probably tell from the headline above. Such a cutesy construction seems an inappropriate epitaph for You’re The Worst, one of the best comedies of the decade, which ends its run tonight (and on a very, very high note). But what can we say? When you love something (or someone) enough, it can drive you to do hackneyed, foolish, ridiculous things.

But hey, we guess that puts us on even footing with Lindsay, so we’re in good company. We’re far from ready to say goodbye to You’re The Worst, but ready or not, here comes “Pancakes,” and Vikram Murthi’s recap will come in hot on its heels.

Regular coverage

Jane The Virgin (The CW, 9 p.m.)
What We Do In The Shadows (FX, 10 p.m.)

Wild card

Martha & Snoop’s Potluck Dinner Party (VH1, 10 p.m.): Just watch this wonderful, ridiculous shit:

Our friends at The Takeout are pretty excited about this one, and we can’t blame them. For this run of special episodes of the familiar Potluck Dinner Party, Martha, Snoop, and a rotating group of famous teammates square off in a series of challenges in hopes of winning the “potluck party platter.” Seems like a great way to soften the sting of losing You’re The Worst, and/or a pretty decent excuse to get the munchies.
