Scandal rocks Our LIttle Genius

An affair reminiscent of the quiz show scandals of the 1950s will delay the premiere of FOX's heavily promoted new game show Our Little Genius indefinitely, according to The Hollywood Reporter. With eight episodes in the can, producer and reality-show mastermind Mark Burnett has decided to scrap what he's got and start over. Why? He's learned some contestants were given "information" prior to taping.

The article makes clear that "information" does not equal answers. So what does it equal? Who knows? But it's enough to make Burnett uncomfortable. His company will eat the cost of his conscience, but his decision looks like an admirable one.

And, besides, isn't FOX a little late to this game?
