According to The Hollywood Reporter, Martin Scorsese has added Emily Mortimer and Michael Stuhlbarg to his already impressive cast for The Invention Of Hugo Cabret. The newcomers will join the previously announced Ben Kingsley, Sacha Baron Cohen, Asa Butterfield, Chloe Moretz, Helen McCrory, Jude Law, Ray Winstone, Christopher Lee, Richard Griffiths, and Frances de la Tour. Mortimer—like Kingsley, a veteran of Scorsese’s Shutter Island—will play a flower shop girl, while Golden Globe-nominated A Serious Man star Stuhlbarg will play a film restorer (a role that should be pretty close to Scorsese’s heart).
