The America's Most Literate Cities survey puts Seattle at the top for the second year in a row; Minneapolis comes in second, Atlanta and Washington, D.C. tie for third, and St. Paul comes in fifth. The Onion and A.V. Club have print editions in four of the cities in the top 10 (if you count Minneapolis and St. Paul separately, which the survey does). Coincidentally, four Onion cities made it into this year's America's Drunkest Cities ranking (counting Minneapolis-St. Paul as one city).
