Sebadoh is releasing their Rush cover as a seven-inch and going on tour
Late in last year’s A.V. Undercover series, (gimme) indie-rock legends Sebadoh stopped by for a spirited cover of Rush’s being-famous-is-weird anthem “Limelight.” They apparently liked it enough to tweak the recording a bit and release it as a seven-inch picture disc. Joyful Noise will issue the song in a hand-numbered limited edition of 974 copies, and the disc itself features pictures of two very Canadian things: Bubbles from Trailer Park Boys and the Canadian flag. Sebadoh will also be heading out on a short tour; those dates are below, along with the Undercover video.
