In the first teaser for the upcoming sixth season of Veep, we get a taste of what life is like for Selina Meyer post-presidency. Apparently it’s akin to being a “man’s nipple.“ How so? According to Selina: “People go right by you to jerk off a dick.” As she attempts to retain her relevance, she’s surrounded by Gary, loyal as ever; Richard Splett; and Mike, who probably couldn’t find another job. We have yet to discover what has become of the rest of her coterie. Still, it’s good to know that no longer being in office hasn’t curtailed Selina’s ambition or her love of dirty similes. The premiere is set for April 16.
