Sirius XM gives Craig Ferguson a radio show to program however he wants
The weird and wacky ways of Craig Ferguson’s The Late Late Show have given way to the sleeker, mass appeal of James Corden’s. But now Ferguson is getting a radio show to do with whatever he pleases. According to Variety, he’ll host a “format-free” Sirius XM show that will air every weekday from 6 to 8 p.m. ET that will feature—among other things—interviews, “little story pieces,” and just about anything Ferguson deems interesting. The host explained an interview that essentially it will be in keeping with his general skeleton sidekick-having m.o.: “I like the idea of trying to do it a little different and a little strange,” he said. He also added he’s not looking to woo anyone who isn’t already a fan: “I’m only making this show for people who already understand and like me.” The Craig Ferguson Show will start airing February 27.
