SNL made a trailer for a slasher movie directed by Wes Anderson, and it's pretty great

SNL’s video sketches are always pretty solid, but the show’s take on a slasher movie directed by Wes Anderson this past weekend was especially solid. The trailer for The Midnight Coterie Of Sinister Intruders stars SNL host and once and future Anderson pal Ed Norton as Owen Wilson, owner of a house that’s being viciously attacked by dapper, masked marauders. Clad in animal costumes and armed with slingshots and pocket knives, the homeowners must fight back—albeit, not very successfully, but at least they try. With its Alec Baldwin narration, smoking Margot Tenenbaum, and charmingly kitschy sets, the faux-trailer’s a real winner.
