Snoop Dogg wants to get high with iconic undecided voter Ken Bone

Someday, many years from now, people will look back on 2016 as one of the weirdest periods in American history. Oh sure, the election itself has been crazy—with its outrageous emphasis on emails, its horrible “locker room talk,” and the now-famous catchphrase “check out sex tape”—but few things from 2016 have been as weird as the instant celebrity status achieved by a guy named Ken Bone. The world first met Bone during the second presidential debate, which was held town hall-style and featured supposed undecided voters asking Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump about their most important positions and/or Twitter beefs. Bone was one such undecided voter, and thanks to his stylish sweater or whatever, a bored and desperate audience latched on to him as the one man at the debate worth believing in. Also, his name is Ken Bone, which has the word “bone” in it.

In the days since the debate, Bone’s star has continued to rise. Time put together a list of its 10 favorite Ken Bone memes, literally everyone in America planned out a Ken Bone Halloween costume, Jimmy Kimmel interviewed him, a million Ken Bone parody accounts popped up on Twitter, and now Snoop Dogg has invited Bone to come hang out and get high. Well, he didn’t specifically say they’d get high, but he did say “smoke 1 wit Tha Dogg,” and there’s really only one way to interpret that.

At this point, it doesn’t look like Bone has publicly commented on Tha Dogg’s invitation, but that’s probably because he’s too busy getting high-fives from everybody on the street and otherwise enjoying his remaining time as the most famous undecided voter in the country. Seriously, though, how is anyone still an undecided voter at this point? Ken Bone may be a fun meme man, but he’s clearly not a big fan of choosing between two things. Is there a chance he’s holding out for gifts from the Clinton and Trump campaigns like a high school sports star? Just watch, he’s going to declare his support for one of them and show up to the polls in November driving a brand new Hummer H2.
