Just about every kid who watched Star Wars dreamed of having his or her own working lightsaber, but they probably didn't stop to think of the consequences of owning a device that could produce a concentrated laser hot enough to cut through skin and bone as if it were butter. That didn't stop one enterprising YouTuber from building his own. This laser sword isn't nearly as wide or powerful as those used by Darth Vader and Luke Skywalker but it is strong enough to a burn a hole through a piece of cardboard or use a little accelerant to start a small fire in someone's kitchen.
