Gerald Levert, a soul singer who found success as both a solo artist and a member of the groups LeVert and LSG, has died of unspecified causes at a hospital in Cleveland, the Associated Press is reporting. (UPDATE: Billboard.com's saying it's a heart attack.) Levert also worked broadly as a producer and arranger.
