Sparks to tour this fall with only a piano
Los Angeles brotherly duo Sparks has been making music for decades, crafting everything from baroque pop to rock operas about Ingmar Bergman. Ron and Russell Mael are setting out on a North American tour this October, and they’re leaving all the electronics behind. The duo will perform with only a piano and a voice, prompting the tour’s title: “The Revenge of Two Hands One Mouth.”
In 2008, the brothers performed all of their (at the time) 21 albums in 21 nights in London, and they also played at Coachella earlier this year. Tour dates are below the video.
