Star Wars’ Battle Of Hoth gets the cardboard treatment

Perhaps inspired by J.J. Abrams commitment to practical effects in Star Wars VII, CineFix has replaced the distracting clutter of detailed models and professional actors in The Empire Strikes Back and remade a portion of the Battle Of Hoth in their own lo-tech image. This sweded take is part of CineFix’s Homemade Movies series, in which filmmakers recreate trailers and scenes from popular films shot-for-shot using only common household materials (and the occasional professional film camera).
