Stephen Colbert is already testing out the salty vocabulary he can use during his Showtime election special. Colbert is going live from the cable network as the nation decides whether to elect Hillary Clinton or that orange gremlin. The first teaser for the event touts the host in hifalutin terms before he interjects, “I can say dickweed, right?” Of course he can. There’s even a not-safe-for-CBS word in the title of this shindig: Stephen Colbert’s Live Election Night Democracy’s Series Finale: Who’s Going To Clean Up This Shit? You should already know this, but the program airs November 8. It will get underway at 11 p.m. ET. Meanwhile, Colbert will have competition from The Daily Show and @midnight on Comedy Central, and Chris Gethard on Fusion.
