Iska Dhaaf is a Seattle group that makes tunes that float between punk and psychedelia, palatable pop and utter weirdness. The group’s first single, “Everybody Knows,” came complete with a wacky, Macklemore-laden video. He’s not on Iska Dhaaf’s new single, “Sullen Eyes,” but it’s great, catchy fun all the same. The A.V.
