Stream two new tracks from Conor Oberst's recently reunited Desaparecidos
Desaparecidos, the punk band fronted by Bright Eyes’ Conor Oberst, is set to release two new tracks via its website tomorrow, February 7. Overtly political anthems “The Left Is Right,” an ode to the Occupy movement, and “Anonymous,” about the eponymous hacking movement, have finally been recorded after being played at the band’s live shows. The two cuts are the some of the first new tracks released after Desaparecidos reunited after a 10-year hiatus.
The band will also play a series of tour dates on the Eastern Seaboard throughout the second half of February, wrapping up with a show at New York’s Webster Hall. [via Consequence Of Sound]
