Terrell Owens gets his inevitable reality show

Of course.

“Outspoken” (read: the loud-mouthed embodiment of the me-first mentality that’s poison for teams and fans alike) wide receiver Terrell Owens, fresh off contributing to the Dallas Cowboys’ late-season meltdown, has a reality show in the works for the offseason. This summer, VH1 will add Owens to its roster of has-beens and head cases, along with his publicists Monique Jackson and Kita Williams, who will also be prominently featured in the show, presumably to demonstrate how poorly they do their jobs.

In a statement, VH1 executive vice president Jeff Olde says, "We are thrilled to bring such a great athlete, who is one of the biggest names and personalities in all the world of sports, to VH1 for a surprising high octane look inside his superstar life off the field.”
