Director Terry Zwigoff and comics author Daniel Clowes–who adapted Clowes' work in Ghost World and Art School Confidential–are teaming up again to, um, co-re-write the comedy The $40,000 Man. It's the kind of miserable story Clowes should be able to embellish nicely. According to Hollywood Reporter, it's about an astronaut who gets injured and is then rebuilt in a special scientific project that has a budget of only $40k.
