The Arrangement’s creator on how he makes Vancouver look like Malibu

The Arrangement—E!’s latest foray into the world of original scripted programming that’s definitely not about Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes—returns with its second season this month. Set in Malibu, the show follows up-and-coming actress Megan Morrison, and her relationship with action star Kyle West after he offers her a $10 million marriage contract and introduces her to the fictional Institute Of The Higher Mind. We spoke with Arrangement creator Jonathan Abrahams about how the crew makes Vancouver look like Malibu.
