The Back To The Future shoes exist (again), and we got some

In 1989, Marty McFly traveled to 2015, then back to 1955, all in the pursuit of cool high-tops that light up and tie themselves. (Okay, that was not the primary focus of Back To The Future II.) In 2011, Nike introduced the limited-edition Air Mag shoe, whose entire run (just 1,500 pairs) was auctioned off for charity. This year, HalloweenCostumes.com officially licensed the shoes and had them manufactured—they’re slightly different than the Nikes (no swoosh, and the light-up logo isn’t there)—and promptly sold out of their first run in just a few minutes. We snagged a pair, though, and above you can see John Teti and me coaxing them out of their branded box and taking them for a spin. Run for it, Marty!
