The Biggest Loser losing host Jillian Michaels
Fitness trainer Jillian Michaels is on a yo-yo diet when it comes to her hosting gig on The Biggest Loser. According to the Associated Press, Michaels is exiting the program for the third time. When the show returns for a 16th season this September, someone else will be the one pushing contestants to their physical breaking points in order to inspire emotional catharsis in a couch-bound audience. Michaels was the original host when the The Biggest Loser debuted in 2004, and she’s since built a fitness empire that includes workout DVDs, dietary supplements, books, a podcast, and several Wii video games. Most recently, she left in 2010 to debut a spin-off show called Losing It With Jillian, but returned to Biggest Loser in 2012. Her newest replacement has yet to be announced.
