The cast of American Animals has some thoughts on social media addiction

Based on a true story, Bart Layton’s American Animals follows four young friends (American Horror Story’s Evan Peters, Dunkirk’s Barry Keoghan, Glee’s Blake Jenner, and Jared Abrahamson) who make an ill-conceived attempt to steal millions from Transylvania University, preoccupied with their value in the world and desire for social validation. At the premiere of the film, we spoke with the cast about the need for social validation and how it relates to our addiction to social media.
