The cast of Will & Grace reunites for a special episode about voting

Have you ever wondered what Will & Grace would be like if it were back on NBC, with new episodes and modern references? Well, it turns out that the cast of Will & Grace has not only pondered that very question, they’ve grabbed a couple of cameras, rebuilt the original set, and filmed an entire 10-minute episode that imagines what Will, Grace, Jack, and Karen would be up to in 2016. As it turns out, they’re up to pretty much the same stuff, but they’re very interested in the upcoming presidential election. In fact, it’s pretty much all they talk about:

That’s because this isn’t just any classic sitcom reunion, it’s one of those clever “you should vote” infomercials that famous people have been doing lately. Thankfully, there are plenty of Will & Grace-y jokes and a little bit of plot to help prevent this from feeling too preachy, so it actually kind of comes across like a mini revival of the original series. Plus, Eric McCormack, Megan Mullally, Sean Hayes, and Debra Messing all still have a good handle on who these characters are, even though it’s been a decade since the show went off the air.
