The depressed, horny skeletons of Da Share Z0ne are coming into the real world

For the past few years Da Share Z0ne has been one of the internet’s best and weirdest parodies of internet culture—most directly of the kind of Facebook page that posts tough-guy memes over pictures of skeletons that your fuck-up cousin shares. They’re this generation’s version of a “Keep honking, I’m reloading” bumper sticker.

Da Share Z0ne (yes, the “o” is a zero, and no, nothing is spelled correctly), is run by the anonymous “Admin”, who is usually high, horny, or depressed, and most importantly, extremely online:

Now, the horny skeletons of Da Share Z0ne are about to start fucking up and apologizing in the real world with a Kickstarter for Admin’s new card game: The Devil’s Level.

As the insanely badass video explains, the game basically works like this: players play cards to boost their depression, horny, and genius level points to get on The Devil’s Level (6 / 6 / 6 points each, naturally) and “become a strong genius.” Players can lower the levels of other players with roadblocks such as minor social obligations, and having to remember to feed your friend’s iguana. Boosts allow players to do things like apologize, go dumpster diving for more cards, and avoid pitfalls like getting “stuck in the fucken shed again.”

In addition to the Admin, the game features artwork from a lot of funny and strange Twitter accounts, including Dril. The Devil’s Level has already been funded, reaching its $28,000 goal within a matter of hours. Since this is a Kickstarter, you can pledge $27 for the basic game or pledge more to get extras like the “Sorry I’m Sorry” expansion pack. For a mere $10,000, Admin will allow you to post your very own ‘z0ne, “Even if it’s bad.”

Beyond being funny, the game itself looks like it could actually be fun to play too. If nothing else, it’s an excuse to post some more kick-ass ‘z0nes:
