YouTube channel Insane Cherry has one bizarrely specific specialty: They piece bizarre animal noises together into covers of popular and/or iconic songs. They previously neutered the tortured machismo of Disturbed, Linkin Park, and Slipknot, and now they’re out to confuse your nostalgia with this all-animal cover of the DuckTales theme song. It’s a cacophonous nuthouse, this cover, its madness inflating with the addition of every new bark and yowl. (It’s still not as scary as this, though.)
The best part is that Insane Cherry credits every animal video from which it sources. This particular cover includes contributions from Snare Goat, Bass Cat, Gabe The Doge, and many more.
Perhaps the forthcoming DuckTales reboot is in need of a theme song?
