It’s been a couple months since the gorgeous teaser trailer for Luca Guadagnino’s remake of Suspiria was released. It was airy and atmospheric, a showcase for Thom Yorke’s synth-heavy soundtrack and the plainspoken menace of Guadagnino’s imagery. Amazon has now released a full trailer, and it comes across much more like a straightforward horror movie, albeit a very good one. The cast includes Dakota Johnson, Chloë Grace Moretz, Mia Goth, and Tilda Swinton, who, when you think about it, sort of looks like Thom Yorke. Coincidence? Ponder this fathomless mystery until the movie comes out on November 2.
