So, in The Fosters’ summer finale, “Mariana continues to push herself to the point of exhaustion while Callie’s efforts to help others bring conflict and danger.” Uh oh, Mariana. We know how this story goes:
Odd Mom Out (Bravo, 10 p.m.): It’s an “Ode To Joy” in Odd Mom Out’s second season finale, with “Joy” referring to Molly Ringwald’s Joy Green, of course (Of course!): “At Brooke and Lex’s vow-renewal ceremony, Jill struggles with telling Brooke that her idol and wedding officiator, Joy Green, is actually a monster.” We’re sure Jill will figure out a way to tell Brooke the truth. She’ll probably tell the whole wedding the truth, honestly. Classic Jill, always remaining the odd mom out.

The Making Of The Mob ends its second, Chicago-style season tonight, and this is all well and good, but have you thought about how television (and life!) would be different if The Mob Doctor never got canceled? Your friendly neighborhood What’s On Tonight contributor just so happens to think everything would be better if that were the world in which we lived, but she’s kind of on her own with that one. For some reason.
Catfish: The TV Show (MTV, 10 p.m.): The fact that this is part seven of “The Untold Stories” of Catfish: The TV Show makes us wonder why these couldn’t just be full, told episodes of Catfish: The TV Show? They’re told now! You’ve reached seven parts! Come on, MTV, get it together!
