The trailer for Comedy Central’s Idiotsitter features most of the types of reckless behavior that would inspire a father (Stephen Root) to hire a sitter for his horrible, adult daughter. There’s lots of drinking, swearing, and inappropriate dancing. But to convince viewers that the idiot-in-question, Gene (Workaholics’ Jillian Bell), needs some kind of handler and not just a friend with a good head on her shoulders, we see her reporting the very crime she’s committing (a pony-napping). Even after learning that her young charge is not so young, the titular caretaker (Charlotte Newhouse) sticks around to keep Gene alive, presumably, and definitely not jiggle her tits.
Idiotsitter premieres on Comedy Central on January 14 at 10:30 p.m. ET.
