Jonah Ray and Kumail Nanjiani won’t be leaving comedy fans’ collective consciousness any time soon, especially since Comedy Central has renewed The Meltdown With Jonah And Kumail for an eight-episode second season. The documentary-style stand-up showcase boasted guests like Jim Gaffigan, Chris Hardwick, Michael Ian Black, Marc Maron, and Nick Offerman during its first season. Lance Bangs directed all eight episodes, with Nanjiani’s wife Emily V. Gordon co-producing and booking the whole shebang.
