Everyone’s had a Nerf battle—or at least shot a sibling or friend dead in the eye with a squishy Nerf dart. But thanks in part to modern technology, YouTube users Danny and Michael Philippou have staged what just might be the most epic Nerf battle of all time—or so they say. In the clip below, the Philippous grab their yellow six-shooters and take on their pals, albeit with the help of some flames, explosions, and modern-style CGI. No one really gets hurt, of course, and the dramatic and excessive ridiculousness of the clip stands in stark contrast with the actual danger caused by anything made of Nerf. Seriously, just watch that hurtling dart limply bounce off the plastic gas can about 57 seconds in.
