Sam Waterston wears a bow tie. Most notably, the show is still rewriting history, positioning Atlantis Cable News as a major player in recent real-life events. Among them, this season will feature the Boston Marathon bombing and an NSA leak, which in the world of The Newsroom seems to come through Dev Patel’s social media wunderkind.
