The Nightly Show’s Franchesca Ramsey talks about her new TV show

Over the past decade, Franchesca Ramsey has amassed a sizable internet following thanks to her YouTube channel, her hosting gig on MTV’s webseries Decoded, and her stint as a contributor on the tragically short-lived The Nightly Show With Larry Wilmore. In addition to developing a pilot for Comedy Central, she’s producing her own comedic docuseries with Topic Studios titled Franchesca. At Sundance, where the first episode premiered, we spoke with Ramsey about the premise and her expectations for the show.
