The Notorious B.I.G. to be reborn as a helpful cartoon ghost

The recent 15-year anniversary of the death of The Notorious B.I.G. provided another opportunity to remember of the most talented hip-hop artists to ever live, to reflect on the tragic loss it was to see him cut down in his prime, and, of course, lament that he hasn’t yet been reborn as a helpful ghost who goes on wacky adventures. Now Ossian Media has arrived to rectify what metaphysics and that one episode of South Park could not accomplish, launching an animated series in which the “spirit” of Biggie Smalls will appear to provide counsel and guidance to his kids, C.J. and Tyanna. The teenagers who apparently need this will star in the cartoon about protecting their late father’s recording studio and his legacy, in ways that somehow don’t involve not making him into a cartoon ghost.

Titled House Of Wallace—as the name Jesus Fucking Christ, Why Don’t We Just Haul Biggie Smalls’ Bones Out Of The Ground, Put Them Inside The Showbiz Pizza Bear, And Make Him Tour Already? has presumably been trademarked by Puff Daddy for “unspecified plans”—the show doesn’t yet have a home. However, a representative says that “a few serious networks are in discussion” about what huge pieces of shit they’ll feel like for turning a murdered rapper into a friendly cartoon ghost.
