There’s plenty of togetherness in the trailer for season three of Amazon’s acclaimed series, Transparent. But, as usual, the Pfeffermans are prepared to sacrifice that tranquility if it means getting something they want. At least it looks like everyone’s less motivated by selfishness these days: Josh strives to be a better parent than his own, Sarah’s reconnecting with her husband, and Ali just doesn’t want to have to hide her love away. Meanwhile, Maura and Shelly initiate some rebranding efforts—the former would like to be referred to as “Mom” by her kids, while the latter tries on a punny portmanteau. Both the Pfefferman moms have new lovers, too, so the family dinners just got more crowded.
